FARGO, N.D., Feb. 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Otter Tail Corporation (Nasdaq:OTTR) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly common dividend of $0.2975 cents per share, payable on March 10, 2012 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2012. This represents the 293^rd consecutive quarter that dividends have been paid on common stock.

The Board also declared quarterly dividends on the corporation's four series of preferred stock, payable March 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2012.
